The best and the most suitable meditation

THE BEST AND THE MOST        SUITABLE MEDITATION
Human brain is very wonderful. It is a powerful machine consisting of superfluous magnetic power. The atoms and molecules of our brain are so much powerful that great scientists are also astonished to see their motion, capacity and their activity. If these atoms are applied in a fixed direction, then they will proceed on like a lighted ball of fire. The direction in which wishes, desires and needs of man are directed, the power of our body is also directed towards it.

First thought comes in to our mind. Again, when the mind gets concentrated on the thought, this concentration is expressed as a magnetic power and then attracts the required subtle things from the endless sky. This is the unique power of meditation. With this power we can attract and acquire the powers of nature or the so called Aadi Maata Gayatree.

During the chanting time or in some other suitable time we should meditate Aadi Maata Gayatree. We should sit in a lonely peaceful surrounding for meditation. Body should be completely relaxed. If you meditate during the time of chanting, then you should sit in Padmasana with your backbone straight. In other suitable times, one can meditate sitting on an arm chair, sitting against a tree, in any condition the body must be completely relaxed. In this condition, eyes should be closed and both the hands should be placed on the thighs. Now think there is nothing in this world except the endless blue sky. We should visualize the sight of complete destruction of the world. When this image of thought takes the form in your mind, then in the distant sky, a small glow of light should be seen in your third eye. We should meditate Aadi Maata Gayatree just like a small star with its glow like the sun. When we keep this view for a longer time, that glowing object comes closer, grows up in size and becomes more enlightened.

If we look at the center of the sun or the moon, then black patches can be seen in them. Similarly when we look at the glowing light of Aadi Maata Gayatree, at first the image does not seem clear, but slowly afterwards this image becomes more clear and transparent as if you are having a lively view.  The image appears to you sometimes smiling, sometimes talking and sometimes trying to give you some hints etc.

When sunlight falls on a man, he feels its warmth. Just like that when this glowing light of Aadi Maata Gayatree comes close to the meditator, then the meditator starts feeling the divine powerful warmth and energy throughout his body and mind. When we put a piece of iron in the fire, after some time, it also acquires the colour of the fire. Similarly there is a divine transformation which occurs in the body and mind of the meditator being in continuous touch with the divine power. Coming in touch with the positive radiation of the divine glow, the negative aspects live the body and mind of the meditator and he becomes pure, divine, and fearless.

During the meditation, this glow is visualized in different colours. Sometimes colourful stars are seen during the meditation. Some- times they look bright and sometimes they disappear. Sometimes they seem to be moving in a slant line and again seen to be coming back in the opposite direction. Some times in the speed of an arrow, some glowing objects are seen moving in a circle. All these are the symbols of Success. When the energy accumulates more and more, many small divine powers are seen to be budding out in the meditator. These powers are only seen in different colours during the meditation.

When the practice of meditation reaches its point of maturity, the glow or the so called Teja Of Aadi Maata Gayatree remains staic in the middle of the brain or the heart of the meditator. This is called the Siddhabasta or the state of enlihgtment. In this state the meditator and the object of meditation, both become unified. When a ghost spirit resides in one’s body, the man acts according to the wish of the ghost spirit. Similarly, when the power of Aadi Maata Gayatree is established in the brain or heart of the meditator, then the behavior, nature, wish, taste, thoughts and action, everything becomes divine. He becomes Godly.

The above meditation is the best suitable meditation of Aadi Maata Gayatree. When we meditate, we should think the radiations from the glowing of Gayatree Maata is falling on us. Then like the sun, which gives us warmth and light, just like that the glowing radiations are pouring on us the divinity, conscience and strength. We feel just the same after the meditation also. Like this if we go on accumulating the power of meditation, then after some days it becomes abundant to make the meditator a store house of the universal energy. And out of it, one can derive any type of divine or worldly happiness.
